Diligence Desk

• A source returned no record. Diligence Desk reports this as a finding. Many private US companies have no SEC filing, legal entity identifier or federal award.
• A source failed. The memo names the source that did not answer. Try again in a few minutes; public registers have occasional outages.
• Something looks wrong. Check the cited record at its source, and tell us the company and the field so we can investigate.
• SAM.gov registrations are not connected. Check UEI and registration status at sam.gov directly.
