Terms of service
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Plugferry and of plugins hosted on Plugferry, such as Diligence Desk. Plugferry is operated by Black Matter VC ("we"). By using a hosted plugin or building one, you agree to them.
What the service does
Plugferry hosts the servers that let AI assistants call a plugin's underlying services, and helps builders package plugins for plugin directories. Plugins retrieve information from third-party services; we do not control those services or the data they return.
Information, not advice
Plugins such as Diligence Desk summarise public records. Their output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, because the records are, because a source was unavailable, or because the assistant misread them. Output is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice. Verify anything you rely on against the original record, and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.
Acceptable use
- Do not use a plugin to research private individuals, to harass anyone, or to compile personal information about a person.
- Do not try to bypass rate limits, access controls or the upstream services' own terms, or to use a bridge to reach services the plugin was not built for.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
Plugin builders
If you build a plugin with Plugferry, you are responsible for its content, for having the right to use the APIs and credentials you connect, and for complying with the plugin directories' policies. You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us the rights needed to host and package it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but provide it as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop the service or a plugin, for example to protect users or comply with the law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of a plugin's output, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
